What is the dollar size of the U.S. collectibles and memorabilia
market for baseball?  I would like this broken out to include baseball
cards and exclude baseball cards (I am more interested outside of
baseball cards).  For outside of baseball cards, who are the major
manufacturers and retailers (brick and mortar as well as internet) of
these products?  Are there breakouts of dollar sales per subcategories
(e.g. balls, bats, game used, artwork, etc.)?  Is this a market that
is growing or declining?
