I have a survey on my website. I am currently using nabopoll software.
Its producing strange results for the survey and moreover  It doesn't
support descriptive answers, so iam planning to go for a new software
which is free and which do offer various types of questions like
multiple choice, text, Fill in the blanks etc, etc.
It should be either in php or perl and database support should be MySql.

Can some one give me a list of free software , and it supports  php or
perl ,and database should be  mysql .
Moreover the survey should be administrator friendly.

I have already looked at softwares like statpac, phpsurveyor ,quask,
zoomerang. I have gone through couple of softwares found in
sourgeforge.net. I donno if I have missed some of them.

UCCASS supports text fields for surveys as well as multiple choice.

Survey may be worth a look -- it certainly seems to offer collection
of data, however the display of results seems to be limited to
administrators, which may or may not be what you want.
