I have a social website; it needs to be updated daily (or every two
days); As customers enter their info (profiles) on the site, we need
to update the site itself to reflect that new info - Info needs to be
inspected to make sure there are no illegal words or emails..etc.

Are there companies that do that kind of work? Who can I outsource
that kind of work to? Cheap & reliable ? What are the typical costs?
How can I track their work and make sure they are honest? (any other
info you might think of would be helpful)

This is typically an easy job but not 100% mindless. I need to hold
the company responsible for all the work they do.
