Like I said, I bought 1,000 fax nos. for $100, but over 50% don't
work, what do I do? I wrote the guy that sold them told me and he said
to let him know
how many did not work and he would replace them.

Now that sounded fair in the beginning, but as time went on we were
seeing about only 25% were working fax numbers. I am loosing time and
money with bad numbers. Isn't there some way I can post a public
warning about this guy. I even ordered fax nos. from 3 different types
of businesses and 2 were for specific USA states.

Help please.
Frustrated.

Are you aware that sending unwanted faxes to people is illegal and you
could easily be sued $500 per fax for sending to people you don't
know? You aren't going to find many consumer protections for illegal
activities.
