There was a program on the market. At that time,it was only available
for mac computers. With the program, one could make annotations to web
page, i.e., circle, highlight, and cross-out text--and send the pages
off to friends and business associates. I looked up markup, but was
unsuccessful in finding the right program. There were only markup 
programs for computer languages and html-related stuff. Hope you can
