Dear htmail-ga;
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question. I only able to locate 11 companies who have published (or
had published about them) information related to their usage of the
Bovone machinery. I'll certainly not argue with your generous price
because unfortunately, while the ones I was able to find do use the
equipment, none of these US based companies I found are on the East
Coast with the exception of BINSWANGER MIRROR mentioned below, which
happens to have business all over the US including many on the Eastern
seaboard:
CRAFTSMAN FABRICATED GLASS INCORPORATED http://www.gwiweb.com/ of
Houston, Texas uses Bovone grinding and polishing machinery. This
parent company in turn serves a number of their Corporate
subsidiaries:
Glass Wholesalers, Inc.

Below you will find that I have carefully defined my search strategy
for you in the event that you need to search for more information. By
following the same type of searches that I did you may be able to
enhance the research I have provided even further. I hope you find
that my research exceeds your expectations. If you have any questions
about my research please post a clarification request prior to rating
the answer. Otherwise, I welcome your rating and your final comments
and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. Thank
you for bringing your question to us.

Dear tutuzdad,
Thank you for taking this question. Unfortunately, I do not believe
you have answered my question. You have only provided 4 companies who
use this type of machines. I don't believe you could count the gwiweb
subsidiaries as individual companies. I asked for 10 to 15.

I was hoping someone who's in the right industry would answer this
question. In any case, please locate more companies to meet the
question requirement, or if possible, allow someone else an
opportunity to work on this. Thank you.

Dear htmail-ga;
I assure you I have searched high and low for companies that utilize
this equipment and have found no others. I did find many who sell it
and service it but none others who actually use the machines in their
production. If you like, I can confer with the editors about possibly
reopening your question to someone else, but I'm fairly confident that
what I have provided is all that can be located online. Otherwise, you
may choose to accept this as an answer and the possibility you
initially alluded to that it might not be as readily answerable as you
first hoped.

Tutuzdad,
I would be appreciated if you could re-open this question. Soon as you
do that, I will specifically ask for two other researchers to work on
this question. If it turns out as you said that they couldn't provide
additional information, I will let you take the payment. Thank you for
your understanding.

Actually, it doesn't work that way. In this forum an answer is either
accepted or it isn't. If someone else comes along and provides the
same information I provided there is no provision for you to
compensate me for my answer and no guarantee that you won't get the
same answer from them. In addition, one cannot have more than one
researcher work on the same question. This is a one-on-one style
thing. I believe that the subsidiaries I mentioned are held as
seperate entities since they are each Incorporated (i.e. "Custom Glass
Doors, Inc."). With that in mind, I have found more than 10 companies
as you requested.
As I said, I'm fairly confident I have found what CAN be found related
to your question. However, if you do not feel this is the case, you
can, alternatively, reject my answer at your discretion and hope
someone else can find more, or you can accept this one and repost a
second question for second researcher to investigate to see if by some
chance he or she can develop more information. Let me know how you
would like to proceed.

In that case, I would have to reject the answer.
If you go to http://www.gwiweb.com website you can see all the
subsidiaries are listed on the homepage, and as you stated, all of the
entities can be contacted though one convenient set of telephone
numbers. I really can't accept them as different companies.

Based on the second opinion below from Bobbie7 (one of our most
prolific researchers) that what I have found is probably all that CAN
be found, do you still wish to reject my answer? If you choose to
accept it now you are welcome to provide a final rating.

I might also mention that I have been informed that pafalafa-ga is not
going to be online for a few days. With that in mind, and the fact
that Bobbie7 has concured with my answer, I will leave my answer in
place based on your earlier statement "If it turns out as you said
that they couldn't provide
additional information, I will let you take the payment."

tutuzdad-ga,
You mentioned that you found quite a few companies who sell and
service Bovone machines. Can you post 3 to 5 of them, preferably on
the east coast? I know Salem Distributing sells them. I would accept
this as a compromise, if you agree. Please let me know. Thanks.
