VA targetting at individuals in VA, NC, PA and MD. I am working on my
business plan and would like to get following details

How many accounting and tax firms are there in VA, NC, Maryland and PA? 
How many of them are mom & pop business shops and not a chain
franchise like H&R block or Jackson Hewitt?
How much market share do the ?big guys? have currently in VA, NC, Maryland and PA? 
What is the average price range that these companies (not the Big
Guys) charge for individual tax returns (I am looking atleast 3 price
ranges ? for simple, medium complex and complex returns)?
How big is the tax preparation industry in the US and in VA, NC,
Maryland and PA separated?
Approximately how many individuals (absolute numbers and a percentage)
in these 4 states go to a tax professional service provider for their
tax returns as against doing it themselves?
Can you provide me some information on any outsourcing firms currently
in these states where I can outsource my customers' files for tax
preparations?
Can you provide me links on where can I get industry reports
specifically around this business?

Any tips on this business trends / tactics would really be helpful.
