The purchase price for this video, in 2002, was $69.95 plus shipping.
I just spoke with a representative, and they don't have the current
price right now but if you call this 800 number next week (after the
July 4th holiday weekend), the woman who handles this will be in the
office (starting Tuesday of next week). But this price is probably
close to what it will cost.

I know it is released as a video, but the only places I can find it
are in various university film libraries.  I want to BUY it.
