There is a psychological-like test called the Kostic PAPI (Perception
and Preference Inventory) that scores individuals in categories such
as: work direction, leadership, social nature, etc.  What are the
questions that are used to score this test or who sells the test.

PAPI, which was initially developed by Dr. Max Kostick, is distributed
