Problem: After burning from Musicmatch or iTunes I play the completed
disc & it is distorted on Musicmatch and iTunes but plays clearly
without distortion on Windows Media Player. I have tried changing the
primary playback program but nothing changes.( Using XP). Help, is
this a software conflict? Can it be fixed?

Hello...

The music file is bad encoded.

Try to find another version of the music file to download.
The burning program is not the problem.
There are programs to check music files encoding.

What format are you using?
