I am sorry but I do not under stand what you want.

You would need to try to find a census in the years prior to 1860
(1850, 1840, 1830, etc.--in Carroll Co., Kentucky and/or Mississippi)
to see how or if Price's name shows up on any of them and if so, whose
family is he with and what is his possible date of birth and names of
other siblings.  In the 1860 census it shows someone with a different
last name possibly as a tenant so it's unsure if the census listing is
for the Wadlington family or whether the tenant is staying with the
Wadlington family or if Price is staying with THEIR family.

It may be a bit difficult to trace but the answer is out there
somewhere.  Let's hope he was not adopted or was born in another
country and then came here.

I dont understand why you would think he was in Carroll County, Ky. instead of
Caldwell County .  I will continue searching for Price Wadlington.
