I searched on Google for "kebab nutrition information."
The top listing for that search was www.weightlossresources.co.uk
I signed up for their free trial and searched in their UK version of
the "Food Database" for kebabs. 70 listings for various kinds of
kebabs came up. Based on your question, I picked out the listings for
meat-only shish, doner, and kofte varieties. Their listings are done
by brand, so there was some variation of nutritional content amongst
brand listings. I have listed nutritional content of all brands
below.

Kebab, Shish, Marks and Spencer brand
66.5% Fat, 30.2% Protein, 3.2% Carbohydrate

Kebab, Lamb, Shish, Marks and Spencer brand
69.3% Fat, 30.1% Protein, 0.6% Carbohydrate

Kebab, Lamb, Shish Waitrose brand
43.09% Fat, 41% Protein, 15.8% Carbohydrate

Kebab, Doner, Heat 'n' Eat Thin Sliced, Asda brand
49.2% Fat, 34.5% Protein, 16.2% Carbohydrate

Kebab, Doner, Lidl brand
58.7% Fat, 20.8% Protein, 20.3% Carbohydrate

Kebab, Doner, Iceland brand
24.6% Fat, 21.7% Protein, 53.7% Carbohydrate

Kebab, Lamb Kofta, Safeway brand
60.4% Fat, 28.7% Protein, 10.8% Carbohydrate

Great breakdown, but I'm after finding out about the kebab one finds
in a kebab shop. david

The only way to determine the exact breakdown for a kebab at a
specific shop would be send the kebab itself to a food lab for
nutritional testing. Would you like me to provide information on how
you can accomplish this?

Visit kappalabs for an example:

Depending on the shop the nutritional breakdown will vary. However,
the below sample is representative of the nutritional value present in
the kebabs you are looking for without having to analyze a specific
kebab from a specific shop.

I'll remember this next time I'm eating a doner kebab. I thought it
might be a perfect Atkins diet food - thanks for confirming otherwise.
