I have a friend in Argentina who I would like to help finance a
startup business. I am looking any rules and regulations surrounding
creating such a partnership.

Specifically I would like more details on:
1.) The U.S. documentation requirements for this foreign investment/partnership.
2.) The Argentine documentation requirements I would need to file as a
foreign investor/partner.
3.) Tax consequences on profits from the partnership.
	- Argentine taxes I would owe on my profits?
	- US taxes bringing profits back into the US?
4.) Logistically any rules surrounding the transfer of funds (either
Argentine or US) to Argentina for investment purposes.
5.) What would change if I planned on keeping the profits in an
Argentine bank account?

I don't know Spanish... But I can translate pages that have the
information I need on them.
