what shares perform best in a housing market crash? i.e. if i believe that house prices are going to crash what shares will increase in value as opposed to drop in value like housebuilders |

Short positions (housing and financials, especially consumer finance), put options, long gold & precious metals, and stay *heavy* with cash. |
