Hi, there is not an exact answer to your question because it differs
at different times in the mestrual cycle (it's constriction causes
necrosis of the endometrium-- menses), as well as from person to
person. In general, I'd estimate that it could vary from 500 microns
to 3000 microns.

Actually, maybe 200 to 2500 microns. Just an estimate.
