http://www.webmall2000.net/storage/g40.asp

Does this help?
Google Search: cd jewel case eject -pack -print

Another, but not what you're asking for...

I am not a Google Answers Researcher.

I know that Sharper Image has sold a spinning CD storage device...
http://www.sharperimage.com/us/en/catalog/productview.jhtml?sku=SI793TNM

also, http://www.oldsoftware.com/caddies.html CD Cartridges (caddies)
were used at one time. IMHO, I think if you can find a surplus of
older drives you might be able to adapt the eject mechanism.
http://www.pcguide.com/ref/cd/constLoading-c.html has more information
on what the CD-ROM Caddies were all about.

Here's where you can get new speedy versions
http://www.sparco.com/cgi-bin/wfind2?spn=A963034&name=features

Froogle: cd rom +drive +caddy load

Why the talk about the caddy? Well, the mechanism is very close to
actually inserting a real Jewel Case, and so if you spent $24 or so to
scavenge from a brand new case, you might be able to experiment a bit
with the mechanism to suit your needs.
