I need the name of a movie. I don't know a lot of details, but here is
what I remember:
1- I think it starred either David or Keith Carradine, but I could be
mistaken about this.
2- It is an old movie - 10 years old, maybe?
3- The person in #1 above, is the murderer.
4- The setting is out in the country. The murderer picks up frail
hitch-hikers and kills them. I don't know for sure if he keeps them
alive for a while or not but I think he does. He buries the bodies on
his property. There are missing persons cases that go unsolved for
years and years. Near the end of the movie, the sheriff or detective
gets a search warrant to search the property. The deputies dig and dig
but find nothing. As the time for search warrant to expire draws VERY
near, they find bones. When it is all over, there are lots and lots
and lots of graves. They've got spot lights all over the property and
the camera zooms out to show just how gruesome it is. It was not a
slasher movie. Because it was at least 10 years old, and shown on
television, it showed very little, if any at all, blood. Maybe it is
20 years old, I don't know. |
