Software Requirements 
I am looking for purchase the following software/applications and
would highly appreciate if you guys can guide me on this topic.

Tracking Software: 
I am looking for in-house tracking software for multiple sites that
can track visitors, referral sites, conversions, etc etc etc. I am not
interested in a 3rd-party software.

I have tried AW stats but that doesn?t show cumulative stats for
multiple sites (or may be I am missing something).

Services Management Software: 
Another requirement is this. Is there a software through which I can
manage design services through a centralized management area for
multiple sites. I am talking about managing things like Orders,
Invoices, Payments, etc.

CRM Software: 
Thirdly, what I need is CRM software, through which I can manage
customer queries through telephone, e-mail and live chat for various
clients and web sites. Software used by outsourcing companies like in
India and Ukraine will be more preferable.

Look at freelogger.de. I think the publisher also has a PHLogger
application which you can mount, it provides great information about
actual visitors - where the inidividuals came from, where in your site
they went, what time, how long etc. It shows cumulative stats for
multiple sites
