I have a Microsoft (Optical Wireless 2.0) mouse with a scroll wheel. It's the new version of the scroll wheel which, in addition to scrolling side-to-side, also no longer has those "click-stops" as you scroll. When you scroll up or down, the scroll-wheel feels smooth. However, when I scroll in any document (Word, IE, etc.), the page still jumps and stops on each line (or two or three lines, depending on the settings). I do have "smooth scrolling" enabled in IE6, and that does make it smoother BETWEEN the jumps, but it still jumps. Is there any software or setting (or ANY solution) which will make the page scroll as smoothly as the mouse, without "snapping" to every few lines? |

Click your scroll wheel one time it will paint a circle on your desktop with 2 or 4 arrows in it , just move your mouse for the smoothest scrolling possible |
