OK. Im renting a room in San Francisco on a month to month basis. I
have given my notice to move out on July 24th because I am unemployed
and cannot afford the rent. My hope is that I can get a job before
than and keep my room. My question is: what rights do I have to my
room after I give my notice? Do I still have full rights to the room
if I rescind my notice to vacate? Basically, If I do find a job and
have the money to afford my room, can my landlords throw me out for
anothetr tenant? Any help with this question would be greatly
appreciated. Also, references to specific law texts would be very
helpful. thank you.
