How many solo piano recordings were sold on RIAA commercial labels in
the USA in 2003?  I'm not looking for the number of different
releases; if a solo piano CD was issued but only sold 5 copies, that
counts as 5.  I presume the majority will be in classical and jazz,
but consider other categories as well.  Do not count piano with vocals
or other instrumental combinations (e.g., jazz trio or piano
concerto).
