I don't know what you mean by 100% resale rights. If you mean you want
to buy it, and then sell it yourself without paying some kind of
commission, that's highly unlikely.

What I mean by "100% resale rights" is, that I would like pay for it "once"
and have the "master reseller rights" to be able to distribute it as I
so please. Therefore, if in the future, I want to create a toobar and
include the smiley faces software with the toolbar download, I can do
so, without infringing upon anyone elses rights.
