Hello, I am currently starting a website that deals about martial arts
and chi-kung (breathing and meditation for health) and I am looking
for several things to help me in completing my website.
     * First off, I am trying to find out if there are any websites
that contains quality experts who are willing to not only allow
themselves to be interviewed, but who will also allow me to tape the
interview and either put it in a downloadable audio format for
visitors who come to my website, or to be transcribed into a "report"
form, and I would be more than happy to put their contact information
in the interview. Please note: I don't just want to ask them one or
two questions, but, rather, get a full interview. Are there such
"interviewing" sites available (I don't know if that's what you call
it) and how much do these sites charge to allow an interview?
Secondly, since I want my website to not only be a
profit-producting website, but an educational and informative one, I
am also looking for websites where I can get experts (particularly in
the "martial arts for health" and "chi-kung" field) to
write/contribute articles for full reprint (they will probably want
their contact information on the article). If there are such sites,
how much do author's usually charge to allow people to reprint their
articles? I don't mind paying a fee, but no more than
$70-$100/contribution. Free is preferably better, though :-).
*If there is nobody willing to write and contribute articles, I
was wondering if there are websites containing articles already
written by experts in the health aspects of martial arts that I can
freely take for my own use (again, if they charge a small fee, I don't
mind paying, but no more than $70 -$100 per article).
Please note: I did find "some" sites like those described above,
but those sites contained articles for reprint for unrelated topics
(they mainly deal with internet marketing and how to make money,
etc...). Any help in these areas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank-you for your time.

Some avenues to consider ....

I'm sure you'd want to check through the articles at the Qigong Institute:
http://www.qigonginstitute.org/html/papers.php

There are a few articles on Qigong posted here (some in a Q&A style):

On the free side, there is a wealth of information in the archives of
the Wuji newsletters:

Excerpts of an interview with Michael Chung:

On a medical side, perhaps you could submit your interview questions
in advance to one of these docs; however, I'm sure their time is quite
expensive.

Peer-reviewed articles at ISLIS

I'm afraid that's all I have time today but I hope these links are
helpful.

Best regards,
