i want to know  sodium cyanate (NaCNO) is used to manufactur what
pharma intermediate or pharma product.

If you get more than a couple of compounds for 2 bucks you're
basically getting a huge deal and the answer will be anectdotal at
best.  That type of information would require scouring a lot of patent
info, and the knowledge of a large number of pharmaceutical
structures.

As a chemist, I would not touch this question for less than 100 bucks.
An experience consultant probably wouldn't touch it for less than a
1000.

Appearance  Odorless white powder 
Wide industrial uses as an intermediate in the manufacture of a raw
material for carbamate pesticide as BPMC, Carbofuran and Methomyl etc,
herbicide, intermediate of pharmaceutical and dyestuff and heat
treatment salts for metals, photographic initiators.

This could be used to synthesize a HUGE amount of drugs, etc., since
the CN group can be used for multiple types of organic syntheses.
