            the construction breakdown costs of a building 100,000 sq
feet of luxury apartment condominiums in New York   E?35?st.
        By 1 ) tearing down ad rebuilding a new structure.
              2) renovating an office  structure to make it 100,000
square feet luxury

        By 3 ) tearing down ad rebuilding a new 100,000 square foot hotel
              4) renovating an office  structure to make it 100,000
square feet hotel



The net profit and cost structure of selling each hotel room as
condominiums and the structure and price to be receive. The net
operating cash flow after that from maintinence.


This building is already owned and will not be bought.
