I am trying to determine what a pill that I found is. It is a small white oblong oval with the number 10 on one side and a star on the other side? | |

The pill that you found is Bextra, in the 10-milligram size. Bextra's generic name is valdecoxib. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is often used in treating the pain and inflammation of arthritis. "BEXTRA Tablets 10 mg are white, film-coated, and capsule-shaped, debossed '10' on one side with a four pointed star shape on the other."
