I plede allegance to the flag of the United States of America, and to
the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indevisable,
with Liberty and Justice for all.
What is the most DEFINABLE liberty in the Republic?

When you say "the most definible liberty in the republic," are you
asking for the most quantifiable/concrete liberty? (and if so, what is
your criteria for 'most definable'?) Or are you looking for the most
important example?

Also, I assume you're referring to liberties in America?

Yes,the most quantifiable liberty. My criteria for most definable is
time and space, not formal.
We might say Justice is a formal good (Plato..the form of the good)
which transcends into the circumstantial (time and space) as the
"majority consensus"...majority rules. We can measure or DEFINE the
majority...thus the Justice...as in a jury of peers.
What is the most MEASURABLE liberty in our US Republic?
Thank You
PS: And too the most important example if you would?
