This question pertains to humans only. An acceptable answer will
include references from published literature. The phone number of an
expert would be helpful. Specifically,I am studying a
mineralocorticoid receptor blockader. I am trying to determine if
there is a compensatory increase in aldosterone level when aldactone
is admnistered. The expected magnitude of this response in particular
cirucmstances is also of interest. For example, assume that a patient
has an elevated aldosterone at baseline.
