Dear Will Chemberlin,

Google experts don't answer questions demanding private details of
individuals (you can contact them at mailto:answers-editors@google.com
for more information).

If you want me to, I can give you general instructions on possible
ways to locate someone's records.

Dear Will Chamberlin,

Sorry I was not able to find any record of Michael Barrasse. (I
searched judicial system published databases, so I think this may fall
under public information.)

eg The First Judicial District, Pennsylvania Civil Trial Division did
have some traffic violations, but not for any variation of Barrasse
that I could find.

It seems that Philadelphia may have their own traffic court whose
records are not available online.

I live in NJ, the reason why you wont find any info is that the State
of NJ is still using abacuses for computing purpsoses at the NJ DMV. I
was there the other week to renew my registration, what a joy that
was. I think I'd sooner have a root canal without Novacaine.
