excellent information is given on how to register URLs in foreign
countries. I have 4 countries specifically that I need more detail
on.

Norway
France
Portugal
Spain

For example, in France you must be a French Registered Entity. I need
to know what is required to become a "registered entity" and perhaps a
business which can assist in helping obtain this registration.

In Portugal and Norway you must be registered with the government.
How complex is this registration and how does a company become
registered? Is there a business which can assist in this process?

Spain requires an NIF and OPEM number. What is the procedure to get
these numbers and is there a business that specializes in helping
obtain them?

My ideal situation would be to find a company or individual who can
help navigate the registration requirements of these 4 countries, or
enough detail to enable us to do it ourselves.

Would links to the companies that administer the domain names be
sufficient for an answer? (All of the sites are in English.)

From these sites it would be possible to contact each asking for
precise information on what you need to do to register your domain
names. They would be in the best position to answer any questions you
have.
