An online backup & storage service can be defined as a service where a piece of
software automatically/regularly uploads data from a customers server
over the internet to a remote data centre for the purposes of backing
up & storing that data.

Any research that can answer the following questions regarding Small
businesses (less than 50 staff) and Medium size businesses (50-200
staff) businesses:

is the growth potential?

    o What are the attitudes of SMB businesses towards online backup & storage?

    o What are pricing soft spots for adoption of online backup & storage? In
