Hello,

I am looking for a database (list) of all zip codes and cities/states
they belong to.

For now, I would need it for the U.S., Canada, Western Europe and Australia.

The format I am looking for would be something like this:
Zip, City, State/Province, Country
e.g.
90210, Los Angeles, California, USA
M8Y 3H8, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
90000, Belfort, Franche Comte, France
NSW 2060, North Sydney, Victoria, Australia

The better info provided - the better tip.

By "fee-based," I mean paying extra to a supplier for a list (i.e.,
we'd supply you with a provider to provide the list for a fee).

In order this question to be answered: I would need to have 4
databases (lists) with zip/postal codes for US, Canada, Europe and
Australia. I am not willing to pay any extra money to download it from
somewhere else.

There is no unified zipcode or database thereof for all European
countries, so I doubt if the question in the current form could be
answered.

Goto http://www1.auspost.com.au/postcodes/
then to Download the Postcode Datafile
