In a novel that I am reading, the following quotation appears: ?Time,
Faith, and Energy are the three friends God has given the poor.? The
epigraph probably comes from Edward George Bulwer. Less probably it
might come from Edward Robert Bulwer. I would like the name of the
author, and the name of the work (probably a novel) from which it
comes. If you can give the page number to an edition with the details
of the edition, including editor, publisher, place of publication and
date, that would be very helpful.

Chris1963, what novel is that you're reading, anyway?
