I don't have much to go on here - but this is what I am looking for: 
Artist and title of a dance/club song I heard a lot in the mid 80s. 
It was mostly synthesizer.  But, I believe the lyrics were in Russian.
 If not the entire song, maybe just some phrases in the
chorus/refrain.  One word that I remember - but have no idea on the
spelling - was somehting like "strabuchnaya" - I am positive I
butchered that.

Anyway - If you can find a clip for em to hear to confirm the answer,
that would be great.
