In particular, I am looking for active, public marina's (
non-governmental ) and the ones that are only for use by the
"priveleged few".  Even further, I am looking for these marina's in
the British Virgin Islands, Caribbean, and near France, Italy, Spain
and Greece.

Do you really want "all" marinas including governments marinas
typically not available to the public, those closed and not likely to
reopen, and others not typically available for use except by a
priveleged few.   Neil
