meaning contact the people who are in charge of clinical trials in US,
germany or chile and see if there is a way for you to get the drug.

depending on your situation, you may be able to get the medication(for
free maybe...).  you have nothing to lose but a few phone calls and
some wasted time and you'll get the answer first hand.
