My apologies. Obviously, I was VERY tired when I wrote this.
The property at 935 Fulton Road NW, Canton, OH, 44703 is a 1750 sq.ft.
2-story single family dwelling built in 1921 with 3 bedrooms, 1½
baths, and an unfinished basement. There is an attached covered porch
and a single car garage.
The house is in Jackson Township and Canton CSD School District.
The house changed hands on April 28,2004; the Bank of New York sold it
to Evergreen Homes, LLC of California. The value was listed at
$38,569; however, since it was owned by a bank, the 2003 listed market
value was $52,600, and Evergreen Homes seems to specialize in buying
distressed properties, the home was almost certainly a
repossession/foreclosure.
The property is Parcel No. 0202800 and Map No. 02 044 12 00800 .
