My advice , if you want somebody to work this out for you , is to
substantially raise the payment to the $150/$200 range , otherwise
nobody will spent the substantial number of hours required to answer
this question

Thank you for your sound advice. But I didn't want somebody to come up
with a methodology for implementing an electronic archiving system. I
just want to get a few websites that discuss the subject. I'm sure
there are plenty of them. I just don't know the right way to search
for it. I always get too many results, none of them related to the
information I want.

I assumed those "searching wizards" know better ways to search that
lead - almost directly - to the desired info. If they need substantial
number of hours to get those websites, then I am not a less "searching
wizard" than them! I believe I can get the info on my own if I spent
substantial number of hours searching. ;o)
Anyway, I wanted to give this service shot as I've never used any
serice like this before, while I continue my own search :o)

Run this project just like any other project. How you go about the
methodology of implementing it is really no different than how you
implement any other technical solution.

Thank you, Forge, for your comment. You are absolutely correct.
In fact, I already came up with an implementaion plan, but I always
like to know what the experts have to say about the subject. I do not
like to reinvent the wheel, even when it's not very hard to "invent"!
