I'm looking for a site that contains a list or table of cigarette
brands and their fixed price by law in GERMANY.
I don't mind what language the page will be in, as long as each brand
and it's price are obvious.
The prices must be current, since prices in Germany are raised every
few months please make sure it's from an updated official source.

I think the tobacco tax laws are called or abbreviated "TabStG".
A good site to start is the german customs site (as far as I know they
are in charge of the fixed price) http://www.zoll-d.de/index.html
The answer may even be in that site but I can't read German...

Thanks

Well, here are some links which may, eventually, prove helpful in
answering your question (I am not a Google Answers Researcher).

German tobacco tax laws (Tabaksteuergesetz):

Some of the cigarettes (and cigars) available in Germany (not
including less expensive brands as sold by some supermarkets, e.g.
Aldi):

Recent tax increases:

Some interesting facts (in German):

I doubt that the kind of list you are asking for does exist.

there are 2 taxes on cigarettes in germany. one is for the qty and the
other is for the retail price. every cigarette must have a stamp/label
(Banderole). once the package has a banderole the retail price can not
be changed. thats he only reason why the prices are fixed.
