1.  Identify the five most important component or factors which
contribute to the creation or maintenance of an effective group.
Support each of your choices with a discussion of the specific
contribution each component of factor makes towards group
effectiveness.  Lastly, for each component or factor, describe how a
group leader can ensure that these component or factors are present in
groups for which they are responsible.


3. As someone who will potentially put your knowledge group dynamics
to good use, you will have to be prepared to deal with both task and
process (maintenance) dimensions of a group. Which task and process
(maintenance) behaviors do you feel competent? Which ones do you not
feel confident? Discuss how each of these impacts upon you style
within a group.
