We run a small industrial and commercial equipment resale company. We
want to find buyers of our equipment beyond ebay listing. Could you
direct me to places to find people who are serious buyers of
electrical equipment, refrigeration/cooling equipment, truck bodies,
commercial dishwashers, etc? We have a variety of gear but these
categories are a start for you. We would also be open to finding
international buyers.

Hi!

I was able to find online marketplaces for different electrical
products including electrical equipment. If you cannot find something
specific such as dishwashers, you can list your products there so that
other buyers/importers can find it. These are international listings
and you must register to receive such services. In some websites you
have to pay or buy the leads.

I can provide you with a list of such websites.

Will this be ok as an answer to your question?

Thanks!

Hello,

Thanks for your quick response. What I'm looking for is an in-depth
research action on this. The typical google search will in fact reveal
some sites but I want a more comprehensive listing from you of
contacts and sites that are useful. We do not mind paying for good
sales leads. Electrical is only one area of our inventory. We want
sources to go to for that, plus chilling equipment buyers, of course
the commercial dishwashers we have, the truck bodies, etc. So, that's
what we're looking for. I can clarify further if you'd like.

Thanks again for your attention to this critical need.

Hi there!

Easterangel is a good Researcher, John. I don't know that I will have
any better luck in locating leads and marketplaces, but I'll be glad
to give it a try.

Hey there, old friend. I'm sure that easterangel is great too. Do what
you can, okay? That'd be great. When he/she says that "I have released
this question...," does that mean I don't get charged? Just curious.

Thanks again for your attention.

John

Researchers "lock" the question they are answering. Release refers to
unlocking a question, thus opening it up to the entire Researcher
pool. You are not charged until your question receives an official
Answer. The $0.50 listing fee is all you are liable for, unless the
question is Answered. The Answers FAQ explains billing and locks in
greater detail:

Hi John,

I continue to run searches (several dozen so far), but have only
picked up a few leads, similar to those Easterangel has described --
certainly not enough to justify the Answer price. If I've not turned
up anything more by the end of the weekend, I'll post what I have so
far as a Comment.

Still coming up empty, I'm afraid. I don't think I've found the *best*
search terms. Let me give it one more try for a while this evening. If
it's still a dry well, I'll post my tidbits.

Sorry, John... here's all I've managed to find, hopefully, you'll be
able to extract some leads.

This is a directory of importers of used electrical equipment and
supplies worldwide. The lists have been compiled from actual customs
transactions over the past year. Many categories available -- I've
listed those for used electrical equipment and trucks/truck parts. The
database can also be searched by country of import (UK, Netherlands,
Spain, etc.).
