Please spend a couple hours creating an exhaustive list of "Grafitti replacements".

I use that term to convey what I'm after, but a more accurate term is
"pen-based PDA input system" because the list you'll create won't be
confined to just Palm-based systems.  I'm interested in the entire
field (including research projects) of rapid pen-based PDA input.

Here are few examples (that just happen to be Palm-based, but your
list should include any input system, regardless of platform).
