I have created a deployment package using the "Packaging Wizard" in MS
Office XP Developer. Everything comes together fine except I want to
have the installation go to "All Users", not just the user doing the
initial installation. How can I make the Start Menu's shortcut appear
for everyone via the "Packaging Wizard"?
