I am interested in establishing an internet presence as a reseller of
mobile phone recharge cards and international calling cards in
Australia.  I require the following information:

- How do I become a reseller for mobile phone recharge cards (e.g. are
there any registration requirements, licences),
- How do I become a reseller for international calling cards?
- What systems do I need to distribute these over the internet (see
topitup.com.au).  Specifically, mobile phone recharge usually requires
a code number to be given to the consumer, they call an automated
service and quote the number either by voice or by dialling it into
their phone.  Convenience stores such as 7/11 print these codes from a
machine (what is this system called), and
- The departments I need to contact in Telstra, Optus, Vodaphone and
Virgin to register who become affiliated as a reseller.
