I am looking to sell my ecommerce shop.  I need to know the basic
valuation (dollar range).

key fact:
active list of customers (about 5,000)
active e-newsletter
$250,000 in sales over the last 3 years
a lot of goodwill (somewhat loyal customer base)
NO assets, no inventory -- we get the products from our supplier as
the orders come in.
consistently 15% profit 
no trademarks, no copyrights
cool domain name

the sooner I can get an answer the better.
