I'm looking for any and all benefits [local, state, federal, private] available to individuals with dissabilities in NYC - specifically housing [houses and apartments]. I have an artifical hip, walk with a cane and am 37 yrs old and live in NYC. I want to find out what options are available to me -- and I really can't seem to find a place or person that can truly inform me. The websites I have visited have so much information that its actually overloaded and confusing perhaps you can cut through that for me please. |
