I have applied for a patent on a business process that helps small businesses market their products internationally over the Internet -- a process that could serve as the basis for a profitable business that could also contribute to international understanding and peace. Within the next few weeks I need to answer an office action from a patent examiner at the USPTO. Please suggest the name and give me contact information for a willing, knowledgeable, reputable, and experienced consultant who would review my office action response and provide suggestions for improvement. I submitted the patent application pro se, and I feel that I can write a response to the office action with the help of as little as a hour or two of consultation via telephone contact and email exchanges. My total budget is $500 that includes a $250 bonus when the patent issues. |

a website for an *excellent* patent attorney is: www.lojs.com he is very reasonable, and won't waste your time. I would suggest calling him and explaining your situation to him; you have nothing to lose except the phone call. |
