I am taking a trip to San Francisco this weekend for recreation and
need to rent a car from a company that rents to individuals who are 19
years old.

I'm flying into Oakland, so I could rent the car in either Oakland or
San Francisco. The problem is that I am only 19 years old. Most car
rental companies won't rent to people under 21 (25 in some cases). A
few do, however, rent to individuals who are over 18.

Some rental companies have special arrangements to rent underage
people affiliated with the government or military. I am not
affiliated.

Also, neither my school nor my employer has special arrangements with
a rental company that would allow me to rent although I am 19.

In summary, I'd like to learn the name and phone number of one (or
more) car rental company in San Francisco or Oakland that will rent to
an individual who is 19 years old.

Thanks much!
