I am looking for market size information for the carotenoid family as
a whole, but much more importantly I need specific information for the
individual components listed below.  The most useful analysis would
have a U.S. market, a European market and a Global market, from 2003
preferably but the European market size is less important than the
other two.  If possible, the best answer would include prior and
projected growth for these markets.  I also need sources.  The family
of compounds I need information on is:
Astaxanthin
ß-carotene  (including ß-apo-8-carotenal and ß-apo-8-carotenal-ester)
Zeaxanthin
Annatto (bixin/norbixin)
Capsanthin
Canthaxanthin
Lycopene
Lutein
