Rather than companies as such, the larger, and hence generally
cheaper, retailers of wheat on a worldwide basis tend to be
conglomerations of farms which cooperate in order to keep their
profits higher.

Information available online is mostly limited to commercial sites
advertising their products.  I would suggest that the cheapest
producers of wheat are not those who invest large sums of money in web
sites and hence are unlikely to be found online.

Maybe another researcher with more time will find more information,
but the only price list I found was the Ontatio Wheat Producers'
Marketing Board at:
